Whether it’s helping his team member’s find their true potential or helping a customer reduce their electricity costs and carbon footprint, Devin is always putting others first. “I worked for a company that valued their customer, but did not empower their salespeople, it felt like a cult. Conversely, I worked for a company that valued its salespeople, at the cost of their customers and other employees. I also worked for two startups that went under due to mismanaged money. Instead of hiring a controller or a CFO, they dumped all of their money into advertisements that didn’t return any profits, they basically overleveraged themselves and crumbled,” he says.
At just 22 years old, Devin Anderson is a self-made millionaire and entrepreneur. Working from the ground up, SourceNRG is now a $30 million dollar company.
