The 5 Female Entrepreneurs With Businesses Poised to Explode in 2022

1) Gina Mellish

Gina Mellish is the Founder and CEO of emerging jewelry company Gina The Brand. The former Miss New Jersey titleholder drafted her business idea on an airplane cocktail napkin soon after placing Top 10 at Miss USA 2020. Three months later, in February 2021, Mellish officially introduced Gina The Brand to the jewelry market. The Jersey-based company has since released a comprehensive portfolio of premium quality jewelry crafted with 14kt gold vermeil, genuine 925 sterling silver and AAA+ crystals. Each piece is tarnish-free, water-friendly, hypoallergenic and made to last. In November 2021, Gina The Brand launched its long-anticipated Men’s for GTB line featuring an array of demi-fine chains and bracelets imported from Italy.

2) Jacquie Bailey

Jacquie Bailey is a leading realtor with premier Las Vegas agency Urban Nest Realty. Prior to real estate, Bailey navigated the casino industry, where she held various senior executive positions in the marketing, administrative and finance divisions. A Las Vegas local for over 40 years, she marries an extensive corporate business background with wide-ranging realty expertise. Since beginning her career, Bailey has placed result-driven strategies at the forefront of her services, together with an unbridled passion for helping families thrive.

3) Dee Berkley

Dee Berkley is the Creator and Designer of eponymous accessories brand Dee Berkley Jewelry. Drawing inspiration from her mother’s curious and creative energy, Berkley embraced the same attributes from childhood when she designed and created jewelry out of stationery supplies, to adulthood, when she launched her own jewelry company following the birth of her daughter. The Las Vegas brand has since launched a Community Support Program that allows retailers to serve as pillars of the community by choosing a charity to support through the sale of Dee Berkley’s bracelets.

4) Taline Keshishian

Taline Keshishian is the Founder and CEO of global fashion boutique Hokiis (which roughly translates to “my soul”). Keshishian developed Hokiis to redefine modern-day notions of femininity by combining her broad expertise in fashion, dancing and music. Launched in 2020, the New York City-based brand celebrates prominent music icons through the mode of fierce and edgy clothing pieces. Committed to environmental prosperity, for three months, Keshishian donated 100% of Hokiis’ profits to the Oceanic Preservation Society and One Tree Planted.

5) Nicole Bueno

Nicole Bueno is the Founder and CEO of children’s clothing boutique Hailey James. Shortly after giving birth to her daughter prematurely, Bueno discovered how difficult it was for her family to find NICU-friendly clothing for preterm babies. As a result, Hailey James was conceived from Bueno’s passion for helping families find trendy, comfortable clothing options for their babies and toddlers. Bueno’s boutique offers a diverse selection of handmade dresses, tees, rompers, premature and newborn clothing, and more for children up to 6-years-old. Hailey James has since donated over 500 articles of clothing to families with premature babies.
