What is your favorite part of playing basketball? 

My favorite part of playing basketball is when i let my opponents pass by me heading to basket so i can block it off the glass succeeding a chasedown block. I also love to take dubs and win championships💍

What inspired you to start playing basketball? 

What inspired me to start playing basketball was starting at a young age and playing with my friends also help me to love basketball more. I was at point at young age where i chose basketball as my primary sport over any other sport.

What do you think makes a great team captain? 
What makes a good team caption is someone who is dedicated to basketball and make sure each one of his teammate is staying on their game.

Do you have any pre-game rituals? 

I always say a pray first before i go on the court, then I usually just listen to music before and then warm up i pull out a couple dunks try hype the crowd up a little.

Who is your biggest role model in the sport? 

My biggest role model would probably be steph curry becuase of his attitude and ability to score so easy as i think he greatest shooter ever!

What motivates you when you’re feeling tired during a long game? 

What ever the score is what motivate me to keep pushing hard becuase when the time goes out my team should be wining at all cause, i keep and keep pushing myself to i know i just gotta give out for a minute.

What position do you like to play the most? 
        i probably love playing the 3 as small foward as i consider myself as a all around player!

What is your favorite drill to do in practice? 
I think my favorite drill would probably three two and two one and three offense guy attack and try score on two defender and who ever shoot ball gets back on defense  on the other end by themselves against the first two defender.

One word to describe how you feel when you score the winning points in a close game?

Greatest!

How do you handle losing a big game? 

I be upset for minute,but after i just get back to grinding and focus on winning the next game.

Do you have any other hobbies outside of basketball? If so, what are they? 

 I also love to do gymnastic, sing, arts , forex trading and also give back to my community.(food drives and giveaways)

Do you have any advice for aspiring young basketball players who want to make it to the NBA one day? 

Best advice i can say is get to tha grind right away and not wait to last minutes

How do you work on your mental game? 

I struggle most with having the right mental mindset during practice or a game. I was told from a former teammate that mediating a-lot can help with anxiety and stress. 

How do find inspiration for new basketball moves? 

Just watchin college and nba  players perform a move and it actually works creates excitement and makes me want to add them to my bag.

What music do you like to listen to before playing a game? 

Usually anything that comes to my head but most time hardcore type or just peacefully flowing music either rap or hiphop.

What’s your favorite post-game meal?  

My favorite post game meal prolly be some fruit and crackers.

What’s been your proudest moment as a basketball player so far? 
I think the proudest moment as basketball player was graduating Highschool with about 9 offers and other school interested in me playing for me. Another moment was helping our 2020-2021 basketball team to the state game.
        20.     Who is your favorite coach that you’ve had so far in your career and why? 

My favorite coach would prolly be  coach Garrette as he was a real coach to me. He was like another father in my life and he always had my back even when sometime i don’t listen to his advice. He been really good with getting all his player to some college basketball level and its really amazing to be one of his player. He has help become a better player over my high school journey.

What was the best piece of advice anyone has given you about playing basketball? 

*Stop overthinking and just play your game*

What skills do you bring to the court? 

I bring a good amount of skills to my team and on court, im like one of kind that you dont really find in now basketball days. Im like a glue guy/cleanup defensive player. I am a hustle defensive player that great on the defensive end perimeter and interior and im always going for every rebounds and giving second point opportunity to my team.

What do you think makes a good coach? 

I think what makes a good coach is when they know how to coach games and their player correctly.

What is your favorite play to run? 

My favorite play to run probably be fence when the guard would run through two bigs at free throw line and they will close like a (fence blocking the defender) giving the guard a open shot!

What do you think is the biggest challenge in basketball? 

The biggest challenge in basketball is having the right mentality and being able to keep it.

Who is your toughest opponent? 

I could say my toughest opponent is my mindset.

What do you think of instant replay in games? 

        i think instant replays are very great also when a special highlight happen for those who missed it can go have second chance at seeing it.      

What is the best advice you’ve ever been given? 

Best advice given was to stop overthinking about the past and future but plan right now for the present! 

How do you manage pressure during games? 

I manage  pressure during the games by focus on my best skill and really throwing my all out at it. The  this will help my mindset kick in to compete.

When you’re not playing or practicing, how do you stay in shape? 

Best thing to stay in shape is having a healthy diet and trying to get some exercising in.

What was your most memorable moment as a player? 
I can say my most memorable moment was getting my first in-game dunk sophomore in Highschool

How do you prepare for away games? 

I usually just pray and listen to music keep me calm and ready.

What do you think is the biggest misconception about basketball? 

Its just an easy sport, wrong its all about dedication and having the right mindset also.

What is your favorite thing about playing basketball? 

My favorite thing about basketball is being able to take the win.

What is your least favorite thing about playing basketball? 

My least favorite thing would probably be playing with teammates who are not good and selfish.

What do you think sets basketball apart from other sports? 
I feel like basketball is one of the main sports that brings alot of excitement.

What skills do you think are necessary to be successful at basketball? 

Basic skills ,dribbling, shooting and being able to play defense is a main key.

What drills do you think are essential for developing players? 

I think basic shooting drills and running the floor drills will help it feel like game speed.

What defines a successful season for a team, in your opinion? 

I think best when the team comes together and plays together and focus on winning other than there own points and highlights.

Should there be any age limit for players entering the league? 

I say yes 18+ up .

What do you think makes a great basketball player? 

I think what makes a good basketball player is someone who isn’t cocky but loves the game of basketball and is dedicated to it.someone who puts the team first and winning first than themselves. Not a selfish person but a team player instead.

What are your goals for your basketball career? 
My goals are to play college basketball at any level i can reach and hopefully get a chance again to play overseas.

How do you approach each basketball game? 

I approach each basketball game likes its the championship game.

What role does practice play in becoming a great player? 

Practicing play is a main key
To being a great player because their design to make you a better player!
You have to know the plays in order to play at college level. You could be the best guy but wouldn’t play much cause you cant run  a play.

How do you deal with disappointment or adversity on the court? 

I deal with disappointment by being upset for little bit then remember is not the end of the world. 

When things are going well on the court, what kind of feeling do you get? 

NmaI get that in the game feeling like its time to go off and do what i neeed to do on the court.

When things aren’t going well, how do you keep yourself motivated and focused? 

I just keep pushing myself because eventually something good would happen.

What sort of leadership qualities do you feel you bring to the team?  

Making sure the team stay on good terms with one of another and  not putting down another teammates.

Do you have any other hobbies outside of basketball? If so, what are they? 

I also am a social media model mainly
For @habits_365 as i model for them and use my modeling to help encourage the youth to stay off the streets and to motivate them to be something in life. I also do forex trading as a side hustle to get me retire at a young early age! I also do nil deals and  paid sponsporship throughout social medias from TikTok to instagram .

What are some of your strengths as a player? 

My strength are being a hard worker and hustle. I also have a good mindset with cheering my team on.

What are some of your weaknesses as a player?

Some of my weakness is overthinking and assuming the game would go bad.

How do you think you can improve your game? 

I think i can improve my game by continue to put in hard-work on and off the floor.

How do you work to be a good teammate?  
I work to be a good teammate by not being selfish and making sure the team itself is happy.

What role do you think leadership plays on a basketball team? 

I think leadership plays one of the most important role on basketball team because each team needs a leader

When things are going bad for the team, what do you try to do to help turn things around? 

I started talking postive to the team and bring the energy we need.

What do you love most about playing basketball?

What i love most about basketball is winning the game or doing something amazing ingame.

What do you think is the best part of being a basketball player?

The best part about being a basketball player is able to do something else other than negative activities and aslo helps clear your mind and stress.

What are your post-basketball plans? 

My post basketball plans are to start my college basketball this year at a juco and try my best to get better and hopefully in couple years transfer to an four year university  to finish it off. Then my goal will to try play overseas for a country.
