Ernest’s career is marked by several notable achievements, including being named ANZDL Salesman of the Year for three consecutive years (1996, 1997, 1998), and earning the World Who’s Who Businessman of the Year award in 2013. In 2017, he received the WWPC Living Legacy Award, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in his field.
“I believe that when you reach the bottom, there’s only one way to go — up,” said Ernest. “My journey has been about overcoming obstacles and turning negative situations into positive outcomes. I want to share this message with others and show them that with perseverance and the right attitude, anything is possible.”
Beyond his business acumen, Ernest has made a significant impact through philanthropy and community service. He organized the first shipping industry charity ball in 2003, raising nearly $100,000 for charity, and continued to support the Royal Children’s Hospital with the industry charity balls in 2004 and 2005. His dedication to building strong relationships and serving his clients with heart has garnered global recognition, including numerous performances as a singer at corporate events worldwide.
Looking ahead, Ernest is not only focused on expanding his company but also on empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders. He plans to write and publish more books, coach and mentor young talents, and share his inspirational story on global stages.
